very
many Pop Artists who have used comic book and cartoon images within
their iconic pop art.
One such artist was Andy Warhol. Replicating well known characters such
as Mickey Mouse, within his prints and paintings.
Indeed, much of the Warhol iconography was about making real life
celebrities appear cartoon like using a bold choice of colours and a
wide range of color reproduction techniques. There are very few that
created Pop Art so prolifically in such a unique style.
The other main protagonist of the
cartoon

broad and clear cartoon style pictures, mocking and replicating life
with his bold comic like technique.
